The connection between Mind & Body

Is your baby in distress, hyperactive or uncomfortable?

Do you feel pain or discomfort that gets worse on stressed days?

Are you feeling out of energy? Do you need to feel deeply relaxed?

What about the choice to have a treatment in the comfort of your home?

Craniosacral Therapy is an extremely gentle approach to the vitality within you. During a session the least it can happen is to feel a sense of deep relaxation and connection. People who are used to meditation often say that the feeling is similar but achieved in an “easier” way. And there is a lot of information out there exploring the benefits of regular meditation. It’s like a channel to boost your immune system or in other words, your self-healing system. To understand how this works physically and which conditions it can help click here.

There are many reasons you can have a treatment, and after a couple of sessions you can feel the benefits expanding to other places where you didn’t think it could help at all.

Consciousness helps the body to be in harmony with your mind, and therefore the connection to establish and maintain health is easier to achieve.

As an experienced Masseuse I can say that many times I had clients used to massage who never fell asleep during a full body massage. But when they tried 5 or 10 minutes of Craniosacral work they could feel much more relaxed, falling asleep or drifting away in a meditation state.

I would say that one of the best gifts you can have with regular treatment is the ability to cope with day-to-day challenges and stress.

For babies is a gentle way to address many symptoms like colics or hyperactivity.
